Without its power, the bathhouse has begun to fall into disrepair, and tensions between spirits and humans are growing.Mysterious, shadowy figures—neither human nor spirit—have begun to roam the bathhouse, causing unrest. They have no names, no memories, and seem to be searching for something, leaving chaos in their wake. Some say they are forgotten spirits, while others whisper that they are manifestations of the bathhouse’s curse, growing stronger as the river weakens.Players are humans trapped in the bathhouse, much like the lost souls before them. Stripped of their names, they must navigate the intricate world of spirits, uncovering the bathhouse’s secrets and avoiding Yubaba’s clutches. The bathhouse itself is alive, with rooms that change and shift, reflecting the emotions of the spirits within.Throughout their journey, players will encounter helpful spirits who may offer guidance, while others will present dangers, offering deals that come at a price. As players interact with the bathhouse’s inhabitants, they must determine who to trust and how to navigate the spirit realm's complex dynamics. The shadowy figures present another threat, unpredictable and dangerous, always lurking just out of sight.Ultimately, the players must seek the hidden sanctuary of the River Spirit, the only key to restoring balance between the human and spirit worlds. Along the way, they may uncover pieces of their lost identities, break free from Yubaba’s control, and restore the bathhouse—or doom it to further decay.In the end, the fate of the bathhouse and the spirits within depends on the players’ choices alliances, and sacrifice that they make in only Eight Days. Will the balance be restored, or will the bathhouse and its forgotten souls be lost forever?
